In October we reported that Athena’s Pizza had closed and the establishment was converting into a Peruvian restaurant. From the looks of it interior work seems to be wrapping up, and signs have been placed that Qora Peruvian Cuisine is opening soon. We took a look at the menu found at their website online and it definitely adds to the culinary options in Peachtree City.
Qora will have a sandwich bar, juice bar, and sweet bar. They will also offer small plates. A few Peruvian favorites include quiche Lorraine, flaunta Espanola, and qora, which is quite fitting for its name. A Qora is a pork sandwich with fried sweet potatoes, aji (chili) amarillo, and salsa criolla. You’ll definitely want to give Qora Peruvian Cuisine a try once it opens. The restaurant is located next to the new Marble Slab Creamery at 2731 Highway 54 in Peachtree City. Click here for the full menu.
