Bounce Back Beautifully is an online blog service for girls struggling with anxiety and depression. Founded by Gracie Warren, BBB is focused on providing girls with a positive image and self confidence. Many young girls are struggling with related issues, and Gracie provides a space where other girls can relate to their struggles. “I struggled with anorexia and depression for a while, and I have found one of my biggest coping mechanisms to be helping others, especially through my website/blog,” said Gracie.
Gracie also started a form on her blog for others to write about the struggles they are going through and subsequently inspired the creation of her B3 Boxes. These boxes are homemade gifts to provide tangible encouragement to those in need. “These boxes are fully paid for through donations and merchandise sales which gives a way for them to be free of charge to anyone in need. They include self care items such as lotions, nail polishes, socks, etcetera, painted canvases from me with affirmations/Bible verses, bracelets, distraction items, fidget toys, and more. I am able to make them suitable for anyone from a toddler to an elderly person.
