Updated 5.16.202 to reflect new tenant announcement: A new development behind the Wells Fargo at Summerlin Corners in Newnan has started construction. The plans show a 16,000+ square-foot building with one major tenant, which will be Dollar Tree and a few small retail shops or a restaurant. Bidding took place in February for a general contractor, and groundbreaking started in March. The whole project should wrap up later this summer if all goes according to plan. We will be adding current photos of the site soon. Also reported, another Dollar Tree is under construction closer to downtown Newnan off Temple Avenue.
