Expect Diamond Service at Diamond Nails in Carrollton, Second Location Now Open

In August of 2021, Diamond Nails opened their first location in Carrollton at 937A Maple Street in the Westover Square Shopping Center. Owners Lee and Tina Nguyen quickly saw their business flourish with new customers. Several experienced nail technicians from the area were hired, and both Son and Lynn were already looking for a second location.

Lee and Tina both mentioned to us, “We really feel so blessed to have such wonderful customers in Carrollton. It allowed us the opportunity to expand our business on Carrollton’s east side. Everybody is so nice.” Diamond Nails was able to secure two storefront locations at Tower Plaza a month or so ago. A complete renovation of the space had taken place before Diamond Nails acquired it. The former tea shop’s walls were knocked down and the square footage more than doubled to 2,400 square feet. Diamond Nails occupies Suite 561 and 563 on the left side of the Tower Plaza Shopping Center.

Diamond Nails offers many services in addition to manicures and pedicures, including waxing of the face that includes eyebrows. The full set gel polish and color powder is $45 and up, custom sets start at $70 and go up. Pedicures range from $30 to $95. Diamond Nails has 16 pedicure chairs and most include a neck massage. The special being offered is a jelly pedicure with a detox added on. With each service Diamond Nails offers, the customer experience is very personalized. “It’s like a family more than anything: your relationship with your customers is very important. They text you for an appointment most of the time. We get along with our customers very well,” nail technician Chris Ford cheerfully adds.

While the salon on the east side of Carrollton is certainly bigger than their location in Westover Square, the personalized experience is cohesive at both. Chris says, “Our Bankhead location will help spread out some of our customers better as we get super busy when the college is back in town during the fall. We’ll definitely get more local customers at the new location here on the east side of town.”

In closing, the entire team at Diamond Nails appreciates all the support Carrollton has given them to be able to expand their business. To learn more about Diamond Nails click here to be redirected to their website.
