Reported on December 1, 2021: Plans were recently submitted to the city of Newnan for a new four-story, extended stay hotel on Diplomat Parkway. Everhome Suites should start construction very soon directly across from the new Woodspring Suites hotel. Everhome Suites is Choice Hotels’ brand of an extended stay featuring fully equipped kitchens, on-site laundry facilities, modern fitness center, and access to snacks and sundries at their Homebase Market. Choice Hotels has recently built a number of extended-stay brands in the area such as Main Stay Suites behind RaceTrac and Woodspring Suites next to the new Everhome Suites.Â
In other news, a climate controlled storage facility is wrapping up construction behind both of these hospitality developments.
