The Avenue Peachtree City, an outdoor lifestyle shopping center, announced today it is welcoming five new tenants to its lineup of retailers and restaurants. European Wax Center, Luluemon, Mayweather Boxing + Fitness and Southern Goods are now open for business and Heirloom Bakeshop is expected to open in Spring 2023.
Long-time tenant Victoria’s Secret has begun renovations and has temporarily relocated to a space located between Barnett & Co. and European Wax Center. The retailer is expected to unveil its new brand look in their newly renovated space in July 2023.
In addition to welcoming these exciting new tenants, The Avenue Peachtree City has added eight Tesla supercharging stations to the center. Located on the HWY 54 side of the property near Takko, the charging stations will be available for public use starting on February 3, 2023.
“The Avenue Peachtree City is starting the year off strong, continuing our leasing momentum from 2022 into 2023,” said Andrew Moth, general manager at The Avenue Peachtree City. “We are thrilled to welcome these new tenants to the center and look forward to collaborating with them the year ahead.”

European Wax Center – Now Open
European Wax Center provides guests with an unparalleled, professional personal care experience administered by highly trained wax specialists within the privacy of clean, individual waxing suites. The wax center is now open in a 1,176 sq. ft. space between American Eagle and the temporary Victoria’s Secret location.
Heirloom Bakeshop – Opening Spring 2023
Heirloom Bakeshop is the perfect gathering place to enjoy farm-to-cup coffee, freshly prepared gourmet donuts and amazing homemade pastries. The bakeshop is located in a 2,000 sq. ft. space between Mayweather Boxing + Fitness and SUPER CHIX,
Lululemon – Now Open
Now permanently located in a 4,005 sq. ft. space between Bath & Body Works and LOFT, Lululemon is a technical athletic apparel, footwear and accessories company for yoga, running, training and other activities.
Mayweather Boxing + Fitness – Now Open
An inclusive, high-intensity fitness experience developed by the champ himself, Mayweather Boxing + Fitness offers the perfect combination of boxing, strength and cardio conditioning intervals designed to make you look good, feel good. The boxing gym is located in between LensCrafters and Heirloom Bakeshop in a 2,000 sq. ft. space.
Southern Goods – Now Open
A seasonal Peachtree City community favorite, Southern Goods will now be open through the end of 2023 in a 3,190 sq. ft. space between Positano Pizza Napoletana and Great American Cookies. The locally-owned and operated holiday gift shop offers unique, handmade gifts for everyone.
