Polk County residents will soon have a new Mavis Tire and Brakes as construction begins. The Rockmart location will be located at 1461 Nathan Dean Parkway. Residents will have a new spot for tire services and other automotive services like oil changes, brake checks, air conditioner checks, and so much more.
The process for the completion of this development consists of demolishing an existing structure and then constructing a tenant build-out of a 6,979-square-foot retail store. Currently, The City Menus does not have a confirmed completion date for this project.
