Fabritique to Close July 29 in Newnan; Owner Shares Thanks

Fabritique a fabric boutique in Newnan, has been around for 14 years but is now set to close July 29. Kelly Curie, the owner, is retiring and said, “My lease was up, and so the decision not to renew for another five years was a deciding factor.”

A Facebook post published on their page reads:

“To my customers, friends and neighbors: Fabritique will be closing this year. I am retiring in August. From now until closing, everything in store is on sale. This includes furniture, fixtures, decor, and display items as well as the usual in stock fabrics and trims. It has been a fabulous 14 years.”

When asked about her time there she says, “Fabulous, fabulous. Love fabric, people who come in love fabric… This is my love and joy, and it’s been a lot of fun.”

And to her customers she says, “I love you.”

Kelly reiterates, “The store is still selling fabric, so if you want to come in before [July 29], deals are being made.” Find the boutique at 2462 GA-34, Newnan, Georgia 30265.
