Crossroads Fitness Annual Celebration in Newnan

Crossroads Fitness had their second anniversary of rebranding on Saturday January 13.

Attendees were able to enjoy the Group Fitness Launch and Health Fair. The workout schedule started at 8:30 a.m. and allowed excited gym goers to try classes on shortened 30-minute versions of the original classes — R30 – offers intense cycling; Power – focuses on strength training; Fight – incorporates MMA movements; Core Centergy – contains yoga and pilates; Zumb; SIlver Sneakers; and Bootcamp – a HIIT workout, throughout the day.

At the health fair in the lobby attendees, while taking advantage of freebies, were able to learn about the different businesses in the Sharpsburg area that support health and wellness. Vendors included Clean Eatz – gave overnight oat and energy ball samples, Med Afford – gave free accu-chek and blood pressure checks, OVME – gave free B12 shots, Atlas Chiropractic, Legacy Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Cellular Health, and Simply Sweet Skin, while Beez Freeze was serving coffee and hot chocolate outside.

Maria Fallen, Training & Group Fitness Director at Crossroads Fitness, describes the Crossroads Gym as a more personal gym. “Our members know us by name, we know our members by name. We greet them by first name when they come in, tell them bye, ask how their kids are doing.”

Karen, Front Desk Director, seconds that sentiment saying, “How do you make somebody join your family? Make them feel like it. When you come here, you’re part of our family.”

Maria encourages potential gym goers to join soon while the New Year’s specila is underway: Join for $1 “No enrollment, just $1 dollar down for this month.”

Stop by 60 Thomas Grace Lane, Sharpsburg, Georgia 30277 to give them a look or utilize a free trial–or keep the anniversary in mind to join in on the fun for the next year.
