The Avenue Peachtree City, an outdoor lifestyle shopping center, announced today it is welcoming five new tenants to its dynamic mix of retailers, fitness centers and restaurants. Arhaus, Beignets and Brew, HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern, Kendra Scott, Motivate Studios and 9292 Korean BBQare set to open now through the end of 2024.
In addition to these newcomers, longtime tenant American Eagle Outfitters — located next to Claire’s and European Wax Company — will temporarily close for renovation from June 3-21, 2024. Updates to the retail space will include new light fixtures, fitting rooms, refreshed look to enhance the overall guest experience.

Arhaus Studio – Opening in 2024
Founded in 1986, Arhaus partners with artisans around the world to create beautiful, heirloom-quality pieces for the entire home that can be used, and loved, for generations. Located in a 7,085-square-foot space between Souls by LT and fab’rik, the Arhaus Studio will offer an intimate experience where homeowners and industry professionals alike can enjoy personal service and furniture customization from Arhaus’ expert team of designers, both in person and virtually.
Beignets and Brew – Now Open
Located next to Ted’s Montana Grill, Beignets and Brew offers a relaxed bakery and café atmosphere with hot and fresh New Orleans-style beignets and specialty coffee beverages. The bakery has alcoholic beverages as well as specialty coffees and bakery originals. For early morning shoppers, Beignets and Brew offers breakfast sandwiches in addition to their plentiful pastry selection.
HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern – Opening May 2024
HOBNOB is a neighborhood tavern providing a fun atmosphere for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. The tavern is well-known for its comprehensive bourbon list, award-winning burgers and events like trivia and live entertainment. HOBNOB will be located in a 5,781-square-foot space between White House Black Market and Books a Million.
Kendra Scott – Opening Summer 2024
Known for its design and material innovation, use of color and signature shapes, Kendra Scott offers fashion, demi-fine and fine Jewelry, watches, engagement rings, fragrances, home accessories and a men’s collection, Scott Bros. by Kendra Scott. The retailer will be located in a 2,000-square-foot space between the European Wax Center and Warby Parker.
Motivate Studios – Opening Summer 2024
Popular on the West Coast, Motivate Studios is a pilates studio specializing in the Lagree Fitness Method and offering a fun, engaging and welcoming place for people to feel strong. The first location on the East Coast and in Georgia, The Avenue Peachtree City studio will be located in a 2,000-square foot space between Heirloom Donuts an LensCrafters.
9292 Korean BBQ – Opening Summer 2024
A locally-owned and operated Korean barbeque restaurant, 9292 Korean BBQ offers an authentic experience where guests can prepare their feast on hot charcoal grills around the table. The restaurant will be located in an 8,015-square-foot space between the newly renovated Victoria’s Secret and Jos. A. Bank.
