Delta Community Credit Union is pleased to announce Bobby Williams as manager of its Fayetteville branch at 140 Highway 92, South located in the Summit Point Shopping Center. A long-time resident of Fayette County, Williams looks forward to serving the community he calls home.
“I consider it a privilege to live and work in Fayette County,” Williams said. “Each day, I look forward to serving familiar faces, and begin new relationships with individuals and businesses in the community.”
Williams brings approximately 24 years of experience to the role. Before joining Delta Community in 2007, he held a management position at Wells Fargo. He was appointed to lead the Sandy Springs branch before transferring to the Stockbridge-Eagles Landing location, where he served as branch manager for the past 14 years.
“I have been in a management position since the age of 25, and I love being able to coach and develop individuals into the people they aspire to be,” Williams said. “I look forward to leading my team of financial professionals, who are focused on the financial wellbeing of our members and their families in the area.”
An active community member, Williams also serves as treasurer of the local Cub Scout troops. He looks forward to partnering with area high schools to mentor incoming juniors and seniors for Delta Community’s high school apprentice program.
