The Community Foundation of West Georgia is thrilled to announce the return of On the Table 2025, 3 days of community-wide conversations designed to spark meaningful dialogue and inspire positive change. Scheduled for February 4th-6th, this event invites people across Carroll, Haralson, and Heard counties to come together, share ideas, and collaborate on solutions to local challenges.
“On the Table is all about bringing people together,” said Kim Jones, President of CFWG. “When we share our experiences, dreams, and ideas, we can uncover opportunities to make a real difference in our community.”
On the Table participants have an exciting opportunity to turn their ideas into action through the On the Table Grant Program. After the event, individuals and organizations will be able to apply for funding to bring their conversation-inspired ideas to life. These grants are designed to support projects that address community needs and drive meaningful change in Carroll, Haralson, and Heard counties.
Participants can host or join a conversation in homes, workplaces, schools, or community spaces. Whether gathering around a meal or meeting virtually, every voice matters, and everyone is welcome to participate.
The insights and ideas shared during On the Table 2025 will help guide the Community Foundation and other organizations in shaping initiatives that address the community’s most pressing needs.
