If you love books and bargains, mark your calendar. The Friends of the Whitesburg Public Library’s bookstore, Harvey’s House of Books, is celebrating its 14th anniversary in its current location with a special half-price sale on adult fiction and nonfiction hardbacks.
When: February 11 – February 15
Where: Harvey’s House of Books, 1140 Main Street, Whitesburg
Sale Prices: Most adult hardcover books will be just $1 or $1.50
While this sale does not include paperbacks, children’s and teen books, DVDs, or audiobooks, the store still has a large selection with 20,000 books, movies, music, and magazines to browse.
All purchases directly support the Whitesburg Public Library, so you can stock up on great reads while giving back to the community.
Regular Store Hours:
- Tuesdays & Thursdays: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Wednesdays & Saturdays: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
