Located in the brand-new Publix-anchored shopping center, the much-anticipated sub shop is just a few weeks away from opening its doors. Local fans of the iconic East Coast-style sandwich chain will soon be able to grab their favorites right in their own backyard.
We spoke today with a team member at Kalo Restaurant Group, the franchise operator for this location, who confirmed that hiring is officially underway. They’re currently looking to fill management positions, and in about four weeks, they’ll begin hiring team members—a clear sign that opening day is fast approaching.
Kalo Restaurant Group operates several Jersey Mike’s locations across the Southeast and has earned a reputation for not only serving up fresh, made-to-order subs but also building strong community connections through local involvement and charitable giving.
The new Jersey Mike’s will join a growing list of popular spots in the shopping center, including Wingstop, Smoothie King, Wendy’s, and Dunkin’, making the Mirror Lake area an increasingly popular destination for quick bites and everyday errands.
