Central High School senior Zyleigh Person was awarded a $1,000 scholarship from the Carroll EMC Foundation.
Zyleigh is the fourth student to receive the $1,000 scholarship from the Carroll EMC Foundation this year. Carroll EMC has a rich history of supporting the students and community of Carroll County.
