The establishment proudly announces the appointment of Ben Hagan as General Manager and Alyson McInvale as Assistant Manager. With a renewed focus on quality and community engagement, the team is already making strides in enhancing the overall guest experience.
A key initiative under the new management has been the commitment to sourcing ingredients locally. The restaurant now features premium beef products from Key Farms and top-tier steaks and pork chops—including ribeyes, New York strips, T-bones, and bone-in pork chops—sourced through Lawson Foods. This focus on local partnerships reflects the team’s dedication to quality and supporting regional producers.
In addition to menu upgrades, The Grill has expanded its community involvement by partnering with The Hub, a downtown Bremen venue, to cater food and drinks for weekend events. Guests can also look forward to a vibrant schedule of family-friendly weekly events. Trivia nights kick off each Monday, with guests encouraged to vote on topics. Starting June 23, The Grill will expand its hours of operation by opening on Mondays, a change made in response to growing customer interest.
