Caribou Coffee®, a premium coffeehouse known for industry-leading innovation and signature handcrafted beverages, is thrilled to announce the opening of a new location in Griffin, Georgia, on Monday, June 9. The new coffeehouse is located near the intersection of Taylor Street and 14th Street.
As Caribou Coffee continues to expand nationwide, the new location marks renewed investment in the state. With the opening of the Griffin coffeehouse, there are now 12 Caribou Coffee locations in the state, with several more planned to open in the coming months, including new coffeehouses in Athens and Woodstock, also opening this week.
The standalone location in Griffin features a convenient drive-thru, outdoor dining, and a pick-up window (no interior seating). Caribou Coffee was able to reuse and remodel the existing commercial space on the property as part of a commitment to build and grow responsibly.
Guests can delight in handcrafted drinks using real ingredients, like in the classic mochas crafted with real chocolate chips melted into espresso or in the brand’s signature Caramel High Rise® that combines espresso and milk with real caramel sauce. Caribou also offers alternatives for non-coffee drinkers, including teas and energy drinks. Additionally, guests can find delicious offerings from Caribou’s food menu, including a variety of high-quality sandwiches like the Sausage, Egg and Cheddar or the Turkey Provolone on an Asiago Bagel, as well as baked goods and snacks like the Cinnamon Coffee Cake.
Guests who visit the new location during the grand opening celebration, Saturday, June 14 – Friday, June 20, can take advantage of incredible offers when ordering in person. Additionally, for every transaction during the grand opening weekend, Saturday and Sunday, June 14 – 15, Caribou Coffee will donate $1 to Griffin High School in partnership with Griffin-Spalding Partners in Education to help support improving the quality of education for all students by giving students and schools access to a wealth of resources and services.
