A third Waffle House is officially coming to Villa Rica, with construction permits recently issued by the City of Villa Rica. The new location will be built next to the CVS Pharmacy and the city’s new fire station, marking another addition to the growing development in that area. The project has been in the works for about a year, first reported by Joe Nalley in a local Facebook group.
What remains unclear is whether the existing Waffle House on the south side of I-20 will continue operating once the new restaurant opens. As of now, no announcement has been made regarding its future, and further updates are expected as construction progresses.
