Carrollton’s Southern Social to Bring Elevated Experience to Downtown

Something new is coming to 124 Rome Street in downtown Carrollton. The former Burson Feed and Seed building is being transformed into Carrollton’s Southern Social, a high-end daiquiri bar set to open in March, or possibly sooner.

Owned by Ashley and Edward Daniel, the new spot will offer eight daiquiri flavors, a full bar menu, and a selection of elevated appetizers. The focus is on creating a stylish, welcoming space where people can enjoy good drinks, great food, and time with friends.

The idea came from Ashley’s own search for a more upscale place to unwind without leaving town. After frequent trips to the city for the kind of atmosphere she enjoyed, she decided to bring that experience home to Carrollton.

Music and social events will round out the offerings, giving the community a new go-to place to gather and relax. Construction is moving along, Ashley and Edward are excited to open the doors and welcome everyone in.

Carrollton’s Southern Social is more than a bar, it’s a thoughtfully designed space built for connection, fun, and a fresh experience right in the heart of downtown.

Keep watching The City Menus for more details to come along with their website and socials.
