Visible progress is underway at the Shoppes at the Birches, where construction has started on the new Dunkin’ space in Building B. Over the holiday break, crews were on site working steadily, and drive-thru windows have now been installed.
While the location is still far from opening, the activity shows that things are moving along. In addition to Dunkin’, several other businesses are preparing to open soon in the same center, including La Finca Mexican Kitchen & Tequilas (article coming soon), Q Nails, and Nothing Bundt Cakes.
To help with the growing interest and parking needs, Hucks, Charred Oak, and La Finca (once open) are offering a golf cart shuttle service from designated parking areas behind the center. It’s a convenient option for visitors and adds to the welcoming feel of the entire development.
