Tucked just off 27 Madison Street in Downtown Newnan, Par Fore Golf Co. has officially opened its doors, bringing a mix of sport and a social gathering to the heart of the city. The concept was born from a shared love of golf between owners Matt Dauber and Adam Kouri. After tossing around the idea of going into business together for years, the two finally landed on something that felt like the perfect fit: an indoor golf facility that’s as much about community as it is about the game itself.
The journey from idea to reality began in March of 2025 when the search for the right location got underway. A few months later, the Madison Street space was secured and by May, construction was in full swing. Over the next several months, the vision began to take shape. By November, the doors were open. Things aren’t stopping there though. Plans are already in motion for the next phase of construction, which includes adding a couple of knee walls at the overhead door locations and eventually a covered roof area to enhance the space even more.

Inside, Par Fore Golf Co. features three state-of-the-art golf bays, each available to rent at $50 per hour with up to four people per bay. Whether it’s a casual round with friends or a unique spot for a small gathering, the setup caters to golfers of all levels. The business also offers private event bookings, which have already seen growing interest. Monthly memberships are available in individual, family, and corporate tiers to suit different needs. To round out the experience, Matt and Adam are working on finalizing their food and alcohol permits, setting the stage for an even more complete hangout destination.
From the beginning, the support from the community has meant everything. Matt and Adam are quick to express their gratitude, first and foremost to their families and friends, whose help and encouragement have been invaluable throughout the process. They’ve also been touched by the warm welcome from the Newnan community, as people have not only stopped by to check out the space but have actively spread the word. Special thanks go out to the Swords and Spencer families for their continued support.
