These dedicated professionals are honored for the compassion, professionalism and exceptional care they provide to patients and families across Tanner Health’s facilities.
The Q3 2025 DAISY Award recipients are:

Each nurse was selected based on nominations from patients, families and colleagues who shared stories of meaningful moments, thoughtful advocacy and care that went above and beyond expectations. These nominations reflect the deep trust that patients and families place in Tanner Health nurses during some of life’s most vulnerable moments.
The DAISY Award is an international recognition program that honors nurses for the extraordinary care they provide.
