Tanner Health Announces Q3 TULIP Award Recipients

Tanner Health has recognized five team members as TULIP Award winners for the third quarter of 2025, honoring nursing support professionals who consistently demonstrate compassion, teamwork and excellence in patient care.

The TULIP Award recognizes individuals who go above and beyond their roles to support patients, families and care teams. Recipients are nominated by their peers for actions that reflect Tanner’s commitment to dignity, respect and service.


The Q3 2025 TULIP Award recipients are:

  • Keisa Potts, unit secretary, Tanner Medical Center/Villa Rica
  • Anthony Dallas, mental health technician, Willowbrooke at Tanner
  • McKenzie Worthy, nurse technician, Tanner Medical Center/East Alabama
  • Mariel Tellez, nurse technician, Higgins General Hospital
  • Dina Jackson, nurse technician, Tanner Medical Center/Carrollton

Each honoree was selected for demonstrating exceptional dedication to patient care, proactive teamwork and a willingness to step in when it matters most. Their actions help create a safe, supportive environment for patients and colleagues across the health system.
