3:16 Healthcare is proud to host its 9th Annual Free Sports Physicals this spring, continuing a strong commitment to supporting student-athletes across the community. Two convenient dates have been scheduled to serve families in both Carrollton and Bremen.

Time: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
No appointment is necessary. These sports physicals are available to all students through 12th grade, and patients do not need to be current 3:16 Healthcare clients in order to participate.
Whether preparing for school athletics or seasonal activities, this free event offers a convenient way for families to complete a required step for student participation in sports.
