The University of West Georgia’s Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Collegiate chapter returned from the FBLA Collegiate National Leadership Conference (NLC) in Las Vegas, Nevada with one of its strongest performances in chapter history.
Competing against students from institutions across the country, UWG members claimed a national championship, seven top-ten competitive event finishes, two national chapter awards, individual excellence honors, and capped the year with the conclusion of a historic national officer term. The conference, themed “Make Your Mark,” brought together more than 1,400 students to compete, network, and prepare for professional careers.
The results solidify UWG’s Richards College of Business as home to one of the premier collegiate FBLA chapters in the nation.

“We came to Las Vegas to make our mark, and that’s exactly what we did. Our success at this conference showcases what UWG FBLA Collegiate looks like at its best. We are grateful for the opportunity to represent UWG on the national stage, and even more excited about what comes next. The Richards College of Business sets a standard of excellence, and our members didn’t just meet it. They raised it. Go West, Go Wolves!”
