Ashley Park in Newnan is preparing for its next chapter, with several new businesses announced as part of a refreshed vision for the popular shopping and lifestyle center.
Among the businesses listed as coming soon are MINISO and Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants, according to information shared during a recent preview of Ashley Park’s future plans. The announcement adds new retail and dining options to a center that continues to grow and evolve.
The Newnan-Coweta Chamber shared details from Ashley Park’s Private Preview and Brand Reveal on its Facebook page. The event was hosted by CTO Realty Growth and gave guests an early look at Ashley Park’s refreshed branding, updated leasing strategy, and plans for the property.
“An exciting new chapter is ahead for Ashley Park!” the Chamber stated.
According to the Chamber, the event included conversation, networking, and Italian-inspired food from Positano Pizza Napoletana while attendees learned more about what is planned for the shopping center.
“The Newnan-Coweta Chamber was thrilled to be part of Ashley Park’s Private Preview and Brand Reveal, hosted by CTO Realty Growth,” the Chamber stated. “Guests received an exclusive first look at Ashley Park’s refreshed brand, updated leasing vision, and what’s ahead for this important part of our community.”
The Chamber added that it is looking forward to seeing the updated vision become a reality.

Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants Coming to Ashley Park
One of the most notable additions is Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants, a concept that combines a full-service restaurant with a winery experience.
A flyer displayed at Ashley Park provides a first look at the planned Cooper’s Hawk location. The rendering shows a freestanding restaurant with a modern exterior, landscaped entrance, and prominent Cooper’s Hawk signage.
The flyer identifies the proposed location as the parking lot next to Georgian Cinemas.
Cooper’s Hawk is known for pairing restaurant dining with its own wines, making the announcement a significant addition to Ashley Park’s food and beverage lineup.
MINISO Also Listed as Coming Soon
MINISO is also featured among Ashley Park’s “Coming Soon” businesses.
The retailer is known for a broad assortment of affordable lifestyle merchandise, including household goods, accessories, toys, beauty products, stationery, collectibles, and other everyday items. Its arrival will add another shopping option to Ashley Park’s mix of national and specialty retailers.
The Ashley Park announcement also lists Beignets & Brew and The Tox among the businesses coming soon.
Ashley Park Continues to Add New Businesses
The new announcements follow other recent additions to Ashley Park. The promotional material also highlights businesses that are already open, including Regus, IKEA, and United Vein.
Together, the new and existing tenants reflect Ashley Park’s effort to expand beyond traditional retail by offering a wider combination of restaurants, services, workplaces, entertainment, and shopping.
