A rezoning request from the developer of the Cottages on Brumbelow was approved by the city to include an additional 4.7 acres of previously light industry zoning to residential zoning. Phase 2 and 3 will being shortly around the land between Avenue C, Avenue B, and Lovvorn Rd. The Cottages on Brumbelow are private student housing for sophomores and up.
