We broke ground in November of 2012 and by August this year we were built out with 6 homes built on 8 lots, with the last one under construction and scheduled to close the end of this year.” Said Kelly Nolan of Keller Williams Cityside who, with Julie Straton of Better Homes and Gardens Metro Brokers, are the Collaborative Marketing Team in charge of listing, promoting and selling for Arbor Design Group. “Three of the homes there were built as spec homes and all three sold before completion. The other homes were presold and built out as custom projects.” “We are also proud to say that Fairfield Plantation is still going strong. With four homes sold and closed already and two in construction, both of which are under contract, Arbor has not forgotten it’s roots.” Adds Julie.
