Another closure hits Maple Street, this time it’s the 99 Cents and Up store located near Hays Mill Rd. We witnessed a U-Haul truck in the parking lot late on December 30th. Another U-Haul was spotted on New Years Eve. The store is pretty much completely empty now. We were unable to ask anyone about a reason for the closure. The phone is still active but just rings and rings. A few days ago Touchable Memories closed near Westover Square. Another closure across the street from McDonald’s happened about a month ago with the former Mexican Restaurant.
