Federico Gimenez, Owner and operator of multiple restaurants in Carrollton, will be opening a new restaurant at Fairfield Plantation called Dockside Marina Restaurant and Bar. Dockside Marina is hiring for all positions including servers, bartenders, hostesses, cooks, busboys, and more. An opening date for the new restaurant will be announced soon.
