A leasing sign from The Shopping Center Group was recently taken down next to Bath and Body Works. According to The Shopping Center Groups’ website the former restaurant space will soon be converted into a Spa. The Phoenix Spa will open in the former Quizno’s space at McIntosh Plaza. This will be 1,400 Square Feet worth of space. Â We are unsure what type of services will be provided at this location. There is a nail salon and hair salon within the same shopping center.
