One of Newnan’s largest housing developments is about to get bigger. 66 new homes are coming to Avery Park. Construction is underway as you can see by the picture. Avery Park currently has around 500 homes priced from the high 100’s. According to their website the community offers, swimming, tennis, hiking with 30% preserved green space.
