A new residential housing project is slated to be constructed at the intersection of Hospital Road and Newnan Bypass. According to plans obtained by The City Menus, the Greystone project will be a large residential housing complex stretching across a 75-acre site.
Greystone is set to have 197 lots at 7,500 square feet per lot, and two entrances to the sprawling development.
A construction start date has not been set on the project.
