A fun day of disc golf is on the horizon in Carrollton, and it’s all for a great cause. The Discs for Disabilities Disc Golf Fundraiser Tournament is set for Saturday, April 26, 2025, at the highly acclaimed Carrollton Disc Golf Course at Hobbs Farm—ranked number one in Georgia and 28th in the world.
This exciting event aims to raise funds for the All Ages & Abilities Park Project, an initiative designed to create an all-inclusive playground that prioritizes accessibility for individuals with sensory processing challenges, disabilities, and mobility needs. The park will incorporate traditional playground equipment along with all-access structures, ensuring that people of all ages and abilities can enjoy playing together.
Tournament Details
Hosted by the Carrollton Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) and Connie McNiel, this event promises a thrilling disc golf competition while supporting an incredible community project.
Team entry includes:
- Trophy for the top three teams
- Medals for each winning team member
- Lunch provided by the Carrollton FOP
