The unmistakable outline of a new Taco Bell is quickly rising in North Carrollton, signaling that the city’s fourth location of the popular fast-food chain is well underway. Located across from Ingles and right next to Circle K on North Park Street, the construction site has transformed over the past few weeks from a vacant lot into a fully framed structure — and locals are taking notice.
Originally reported by The City Menus back in December 2024, Taco Bell’s plans for this northside location are now in full swing. With the building’s framework clearly visible and exterior work progressing steadily, it’s clear that Carrollton’s latest source for tacos, Crunchwraps, and quesadillas is steadily moving toward reality.
This marks the fourth Taco Bell in the Carrollton area, joining existing restaurants on South Park Street, Bankhead Highway, and Highway 27. The northside expansion taps into a growing demand for convenient dining options along North Park Street, a corridor that continues to see significant commercial development.
The location — nestled between Ingles and Circle K — is expected to draw strong traffic from both nearby residents and commuters. With the building’s shell now taking shape, anticipation is building for an official opening later this year.
While an exact opening date hasn’t been released, progress on-site suggests that it won’t be too long before drive-thru orders and late-night taco runs become part of the neighborhood’s daily rhythm.
As construction continues, we’ll be keeping an eye on updates — and maybe even the first whiff of nacho cheese in the air.
