The Summer Wined-Up will occur on Friday, June 20, 2025 from 5-9 pm. The Summer Wined-Up is our downtown wine-tasting event, and takes place each year during the month of June. Individual tastings occur at different downtown businesses, where guests should expect to perform a “wine walk” that moves through over 30 host locations. The merchants who host this event will feature different hor d’oeuvres and a variety of whites, reds, blushes, and specialty blend wines for guests to sample. All downtown business hosts extend their business hours and hospitality to all downtown guests; drinkers, and non-drinkers, and offer retail specials and promotions.
Tickets are sold in advance at a rate of $30 per-person, and are available at www.mainstreetnewnan.com. Main Street Newnan releases a limited number of 500 Summer Wined-up tickets for drinkers that are available for purchase. The event sells out in advance, so we encourage guests to purchase their tickets soon!
Event goers must be at least 21 years of age and MUST provide a valid photo ID at the registration table in the Newnan Carnegie Library for admittance. Upon signing-in, each participant will receive a commemorative wine glass and an informational brochure.
Free public parking is available along downtown streets, and in the City of Newnan’s Public Parking Lots located at: 13 Lagrange Street, 25 Lagrange Street, 22 Spring Street, 6 First Avenue, 50 East Broad Street, 65 East Broad Street, 41 East Washington Street, and 22 East Broad Street.
