A new fast casual taqueria concept is preparing to open in downtown LaGrange at 133 Bull Street in the coming weeks. Business Debut first reported that El Callejón GTO is currently under construction. The fast casual taqueria will feature counter service and a menu centered on tacos, quesadillas, and burritos inspired by the flavors of Guanajuato, Mexico, where the owners have roots.
The concept will focus on traditional street style Mexican food while also introducing select modern items such as birria ramen. The restaurant also shares ownership ties with Casa Pirul, which opened about a year and a half ago on West Point Road. An opening date have not yet been announced, but the team is targeting an opening in the coming months.
