Heather Russell Celebrates New Children’s Book at Horton’s Books

Come meet local author, musician, songwriter, and mother Heather Russell, also known as Paris Luna, at Horton’s Books and Gifts during the Art Takeover event on Thursday, March 26, from 5 to 8 pm in Downtown Carrollton.

Visitors will have the opportunity to purchase a copy, or two, of her newly released children’s book, The Cat that Lost its Meow.

Russell’s heartwarming story highlights the importance of gratitude and friendship. With whimsical illustrations by Piper Heaton, the book brings to life a cozy reminder that sometimes what we have been searching for has been inside us all along, simply waiting to come out.

This charming story encourages young readers and families to appreciate the friendships and inner strengths that help guide them along the way. With its warm message and playful illustrations, The Cat that Lost its Meow is sure to become a favorite for story time.

Heather Russell will be at Horton’s Bookstore in Downtown Carrollton during the Art Takeover event signing books and visiting with readers throughout the evening.
