Five CHS students graduate from Project SEARCH program

Five Carrollton High School students —  Kayden Hamilton, Jacob Lee, Geinerht Diaz Lopez, Zion Spidell, and Robbie Vance — graduated from the Project SEARCH program on Wednesday, May 13. Project SEARCH is an internship program that provides training, education, and workforce development for students with disabilities. Through Project SEARCH internships, students gain skills and work experience in various settings on the University of West Georgia campus. All interns are ServSafe and PCI certified. All have completed workplace readiness training and are actively applying for jobs in our community. One has already interviewed for a full-time position at the University of West Georgia.
