Goodwill Project Marks Latest Investment in Coweta’s Growing Exit 41 Corridor

The vision for RINS Park continues to take shape as developers land a major national retailer with plans for a new 20,000-square-foot Goodwill store. The project underscores the continued investment in the Exit 41 corridor as a future commercial destination.

According to project bidding documents, the proposed Goodwill will be located at 67 RINS Park, adjacent to Bottoms Up! Wine & Spirits Boutique off Interstate 85 at Exit 41. The project is currently accepting contractor bids, with submissions due by July 10, 2026.

The addition of Goodwill represents more than another retail store. Goodwill locations of this size commonly offer a combination of retail operations and community-focused services. While final plans for this location have not been announced, many modern Goodwill facilities include career centers, job training programs, employment assistance, and workforce development services, making them valuable resources for local residents in addition to providing affordable shopping opportunities.

The planned Goodwill store represents another step in the long-term vision for RINS Park. With Bottoms Up! Wine & Spirits Boutique currently operating in the development, developers continue working to attract additional businesses as they build out their investment at Exit 41.

Contractor bids are currently being accepted, with additional details, including a construction timeline, expected as the project moves forward.
