Milkah & Tami La Ray alongside DEB’I United’s Jerald Dorsett

School Supplies can be dropped off and collected the day of the event at the Greenville Street Park
Donations can be made online via the link provided.
A portion of all donations will go towards the purchase of school supplies for students for this up and coming school year.

Tour historic Oak Hill Cemetery in the City’s trolley! Tour includes the history of Oak Hill and spotlight on a few notable citizens from days gone by. Approximately 45 minutes. Park at the museum and board the trolley there. Tickets $35. This is a fundraiser for your local history museum. Tour time choices are 6:00, 7:00 and 8:00 p.m. Tickets, which are limited, go on sale in July. Stay tuned! This is a great opportunity for those who do not care to walk the cemetery in the upcoming walking tours on October 19th and 25th!

Here it comes again!! The 2024 Oak Hill Cemetery Tour is being planned for Saturday, Oct. 19 and Friday Oct. 25 with tour times starting at 5:30p.m. New tours head out every 20 minutes. Tour Oak Hill Cemetery at dusk with skilled guides in character who take you through to visit some of those who’ve come before us. Also, take in the “History by Candlelight” museum tour. Enjoy live entertainment and AWESOME ELLISON BROS BBQ FOOD TRUCK in the back garden of the museum. Tour lasts approximately 60 to 90 minutes. Wear comfortable shoes! Questions? Call the museum at 770-251-0207. TICKETS go on sale in July and will remain on sale until the day of the event or until the event sales out. $50*
Join Newnan-Coweta History Center as we tour at dusk through Newnan’s Historic Oak Hill Cemetery on a guided walk of select gravesites. Storytellers and guides captivate guests with lively, engaging tales while dancers, musicians and artists also contribute to this special event that celebrates living, history and the arts.
Limited tickets available. Tours, $50 Adults / $22 Children 12 and under, start every 20 minutes from McRitchie-Hollis Museum, 74 Jackson St., Newnan. Ellison Brothers BBQ Truck. Not recommended for young children. Note: Tickets for children may be purchased and used to accompany an adult for any tour time.
NOTE: There are two tour dates. Sat. 10/19 and Fri. 10/25. Please make sure you are purchasing a ticket for your desired date and time!
This is a rain or shine event. In case of severe inclement weather, an alternate date will be announced.
Park off of Clark Street in the lot behind the museum. Check-in is near the white gazebo.
