Carrollton's 9th Annual Yoga & Healing Arts Festival

A New Venue for Carrollton’s Annual Yoga Fest this Saturday

Despite the challenges of the regular venue being closed for events this year, organizers of the annual Carrollton Yoga and Healing Arts Festival have found a new venue at Printer’s Ale Manufacturing. This year’s festival will be taking place this Saturday, October 24 from noon to 5pm. The event is open to the public, free for attendees, and will be hosted outdoors allowing for safety measures and social distancing. 

Originally founded 9 years ago by Angie Pace and Lisa Duffy, the event commonly referred to as YogaFest has regularly attracted 100 attendees and showcased talents from many local business owners, artists, and instructors. The event has been made possible each year thanks to the support of sponsors and volunteers. 

 When asked about this year’s event Angie shared “I had initially cancelled the event until I got the approval from Printer’s Ale and I am thrilled that we get to continue this important yoga tradition for this town.  In a world of competition, this is an event that gives us an opportunity to support each other and share in the art of yoga and healing arts, which is the official namesake of the event, Carrollton Yoga and Healing Arts Festival”.
