The League of Women Voters of Carrollton-Carroll County will host Corlis Long, Founder and CEO of Ebony Inn Inc. Long will share her insights gained with 30 years facilitating opportunities for the youth of Carroll County to be directly involved with the visual and performing arts. The program is free and open to the public.
