Join the group to discuss what is economic warfare, who uses it, and how effective is it as a tool of U.S. Foreign policy? Great Decisions is a national discussion program on foreign affairs organized by the Foreign Policy Association. It is locally sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Carrollton-Carroll Co.
