Great Decisions is a yearly, non-partisan national discussion program on foreign affairs organized by the Foreign Policy Association and sponsored locally by the League of Women Voters of Carrollton-Carroll County. Participants meet each Thursday evening in February and March, exploring a different foreign affairs topic each week. The program is free and open to the public.
