Greater Haralson Chamber to Host Leadership Workshop - "Lead without Leashes: Cultivating a Self-Driving Team"

The Greater Haralson Chamber invites business owners and leaders to a professional workshop aimed at redefining leadership styles and team dynamics. “Lead without Leashes: Cultivating a Self-Driving Team” will be held Wednesday, May 1, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Greater Haralson Chamber’s (70 Murphy Campus Blvd) Wayne Davis Community Room.

The workshop will equip attendees with the tools and insights needed to foster autonomy and achieve high performance without constant oversight. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of how to create and manage autonomous teams, acquire practical strategies and activities that can be implemented immediately, and develop an action plan tailored to apply the T.E.A.M. framework effectively within their organization.
