With his rich, deep voice and distinctive style, MCA Nashville recording artist Josh Turner is one of country music’s most recognizable hit-makers. From his 2003 Platinum-selling debut Long Black Train to his 2017 Billboard No. 1 release, Deep South, Turner has scored multiple GRAMMY(R), CMA and ACM Awards nominations and received siX Inspirational Country Music Awards. As one of the youngest members inducted into the Grand Ole Opry, Turner has sold more than 8 million units, topped more than 1.5 billion in global streaming and populated radio with such memorable hits as “Hometown Girl,” “Would You Go With Me,” “Your Man,” “Time Is Love,” “Why Don’t We Just Dance” and “Long Black Train.”

MamaDear

The trio of young singer/songwriters known collectively as MamaDear is creating a buzz and amassing fans up and down the east coast with their well-crafted original songs, exuberant stage show and sterling harmonies.

They met through a mentoring group with award-winning songwriter Tom Douglas (“The House That Built Me”) and discovered that musical magic happened when they collaborated. From their decision to be a band, while gathered on a front porch in Nashville on a cool fall morning in 2012, MamaDear has been on fire ever since. This trio has traveled throughout the country, playing many colleges, clubs and other venues and opening up for bands such as Parachute, Will Hoge, and Jason Michael Carroll.

Their diverse, distinctly southern feel- good harmonies and infectious melodies have caught the ear of not only the Nashville music industry, but diverse audiences all over the country. Most recently, MamaDear was noted as the “Best Up-and-Comer” at CMA Fest 2014 on RollingStone.com.
