Spring Fling 2023 THABC 5K Run/Walk

The Temple High Athletic Booster Club invites you to participate in the Spring Fling 2023 THABC 5K Run/Walk and Fun Run and take a nice spring morning run through downtown Temple, Georgia.

All funds gathered through the Spring Fling 2023 THABC 5K Run/Walk and Fun Run will go to support the Temple High Athletic Booster Club and our mission to provide service and financial support to all Temple High School Athletic programs.

Registration Schedule:
Online early registration will be open through Saturday, April 8, 2023. Early registration is required for participants to receive a commemorative Spring Fling 2023 t-shirt [YM-YL, AS-AXL].

Online regular registration will be available from Sunday, April 9, 2023 through Wednesday, April 19, 2023. Limited Day-of-Event registration will be available starting April 22, 2023 at 7:00 AM ET. Participants registering during the regular registration period or day-of-event will not receive the commemorative Spring Fling 2023 t-shirt [YM-YL, AS-AXL].

Registration Costs:
Early Registration (closes April 8, 2023):
1 Mile Fun Run (12 and under only) – Early Registration: $20.00/participant
5K Run/Walk – Early Registration: $30.00/participant

Regular Registration (after April 8, 2023)*:
1 Mile Fun Run (12 and under only) – After April 8, 2023: $25.00/participant
5K Run/Walk – After April 8, 2023: $35.00/participant

*Race participants registered after the early registration period closes on April 8, 2023 will not receive the commemorative Spring Fling 2023 t-shirt [YM-YL, AS-AXL].

Event Schedule (April 22, 2023):
Check-In: 7:00 AM ET
1 Mile Fun Run Start: 7:30 AM ET
5K Run/Walk Start: 8:00 AM ET
5K award Ceremonies following race completion.

Awards:
1 Mile Fun Run Awards:
All Fun Run participants will receive a collectible race bib, event ribbon, and a commemorative Spring Fling 2023 T-Shirt [YM-YL, AS-AXL] (early registration required for t-shirt) upon check-in.

There will be no medals awarded for the 1 Mile Fun Run.

5K Run/Walk Awards:
All Race Participants will receive a collectible race bib and a commemorative Spring Fling 2023 T-Shirt [YM-YL, AS-AXL] (early registration required for t-shirt) upon check-in.

Medals will be awarded to the top three male and female 5K finishers in each of the following age groups:

Age Group 1: 14 and under
Age Group 2: 15-18
Age Group 3: 19-28
Age Group 4: 29-38
Age Group 5: 39-48
Age Group 6: 49-58
Age Group 7: 59-Up

Payment Options:

Online Registration:
Online payment is due upon registration through SquareUp. Refunds are not available for no-show registrations.

Day-of-Event Registration:
Credit Card payments will be accepted onsite for Day-of-Event registration. The 5K Walk/Run and Fun Run is a cashless event. Thus, event staff will be unable to accept cash payments onsite during the event.
