A recent new business filing with the Georgia Secretary of State’s office appears to indicate that Carrollton’s Quality Inn (formerly Jameson Inn) at 700 S. Park Street is now under new ownership. Dip Kash, Inc., whose CEO is Dilip Patel, officially filed with the state on March 17 with the address matching that of the Quality Inn. A Google search on the company shows that they own at least one other hotel property, a Days Inn in Guntersville, AL, between Gadsden and Huntsville.
