Nearly two years after construction abruptly came to a halt, work has finally resumed on the second phase of Oxford Commons. Among the stores under construction now that were already committed to the complex are JoAnn Fabrics, Ulta Beauty, and anchoring the complex, Moe’s Southwest Grill. According to the City of Oxford, ATI Physical Therapy will also have a location in the center. Originally planned to open in the fall of 2016, the complex now looks to be completed by the end of this year.
